1996

The FOUNDATION

Blueprint founder, Fletcher N. Smith III, becomes an NFLPA-certified contract advisor, beginning a career representing professional athletes and building the experience, relationships, and industry knowledge that would later become the foundation of Blueprint.
2007

THE VISION TAKES ROOT

After more than a decade representing NFL players and negotiating professional contracts, the vision for Blueprint begins to take shape: a firm built around personalized representation, direct access, trusted guidance, and relationships designed to extend beyond the next deal.
2008

BLUEPRINT IS BORN

Blueprint Sports Management Group officially launches with a clear purpose, to provide athletes with experienced representation, strategic guidance, and personal advocacy throughout every stage of their careers.
